Development Concept Introducing the SR-X1 entry machine that rebuilds the traditional round ear speakers with modern design concepts. Delivers real electrostatic sound to the next generation. This heritage design features the SR-1 and SR-X inspired ear speakers. Newly designed mid-sized circular unit with flat and neutral reproduction The pronunciation element that is the basic of sound quality, is equipped with a new medium circular unit. It features a flat neutral reproduction that is electrostatically formed. Compared to previous models, the pronunciation unit is placed directly inside the housing, as well as minimizing the seams between each part to achieve accurate core. The open surface backslit structure is not uniform in thickness, creating a smooth curve shape that allows sound waves to be transmitted smoothly outwards, reducing distortion. Recessed mechanism is adopted for the mechanism. The streamlined design for high sound quality and thorough minimalization is achieved from the SR-X1. Updated arc design and improved fit Metal material is used for the frame structure to reduce unnecessary resonance. The rigidity surface of the arc Assy was also updated, which was often overlooked in conventional entry machines. By actively adopting metal materials, the arc and head pad are integrated into the design, so it is lightweight and difficult to hear even during long periods of listening. The ear pads are made of sheepskin (sheepskin leather) that is comfortable to the touch. The interior is made with new memory foam for an improved fit.
